A per-order service fee is added at the golfer's checkout — your course keeps the full food and beverage amount via Stripe. There's no hardware to buy and no setup charge. We'll walk through the exact structure on the intro call.
Will golfers actually use it?
They scan a QR code from the cart and pay on their own phone. No app to download, no account to create. Groups coming off the back nine or waiting in the pro shop have a few minutes and a reason to order. Adoption friction is near zero.
Does it connect to our POS?
No — and that's by design. Foreturn IQ runs independently alongside your existing system. Nothing touches your POS or current workflows. Orders and payments are handled entirely within the platform.
What if we can't fulfill an order?
Deactivate any item from the admin panel instantly — no code, no support ticket. If something runs out mid-round, take it off the menu and golfers won't see it in the current ordering window.
